This project underscored the critical role of user research in crafting healthcare experiences. By talking to dietitians and understanding their frustrations with usability and repetitive data entry, I redesigned search, navigation, and term pages to be easier to use. The team set a goal of cutting the time dietitians spend documenting the Nutrition Care Process by 50% within 12 months.
